Studio 2000 Salon & Day Spa is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis on Monument Circle. We are on the second floor of the Circle Tower, the pyramid-topped art deco building on the southeast quadrant of the Circle at the corner of East Market and Monument Circle. The Circle Tower is next to the Hilbert Circle Theatre, and Studio 2000 is right above Starbucks Coffee.

Studio 2000 is within walking distance from all of the downtown hotels and attractions and just one block from Circle Centre Mall. Parking is nearby at any number of garages. The closest is Express Park directly behind us on Pennsylvania and Market.

    Studio 2000 Salon & Day Spa has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Services and Products within 30 days of purchase.If you have any concerns, please contact one of our management staff and we will make it right, or call our business office at (317) 686-5500.

  • GIFT CERTIFICATES
    Studio 2000 sells gift certificates for individual services, packages and monetary amounts. We can transact this over the phone with a valid credit card and mail them to you or the lucky recipient!You may transfer a gift certificate to another individual, but Studio 2000 does not refund or exchange any form of gift certificate.Studio 2000 accepts SpaFinder gift certificates for individual services only and not for any of our packages.Generally gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated on the certificate.
  • RESERVATIONS
    To make an appointment in our salon or spa we will need a valid credit card number and expiration date.This guarantees your spot in the appointment book.
  • GROUP EVENTS
    For groups of four or more individuals, we require a deposit from the group or the individuals attending.Please ask to speak to our Guest Services Coordinator for the details of group events and our group cancellation policy.They can be reached in our business office at (317) 687-0010.We can accomodate large gatherings when scheduled properly and we cater to corporate clients, wedding parties, reunions and couples.

    ARRIVALS
    Please arrive early! For spa services we will need service information questionaires filled out by you prior to the start time. If you are having multiple services, you will need to change into a robe and slippers.

    LATE ARRIVALS
    If you are going to be late, please call us and let us know. We can not guarantee that all or any of the services you have reserved can be performed if you are not available for the start time.Other guests most likely are booked after you, and we cannot delay our start time due to your late arrival.

    CANCELLATIONS
    Our cancellation policy is at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full service fee. No-show's will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

    GRATUITIES is greatly appreciated by our staff and we suggest 15 to 20% depending upon your satisfaction with the services. You may leave it at the front desk or give it directly to the individual.

    NO SHOW
    If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee or your gift certificate number will be voided.

    CELL PHONES & PAGERS
    To preserve the peace of the spa facility, cell phones and pagers must be turned off.We do allow usage in the salon, however, please be aware that it may affect the timing and outcome of your services.

    NOTICE
    Our prices, services and menu may change without notice.

    We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    These policies allow us to provide you with the best service possible, keep our service techniciansschedules full and give plenty of notice to our guests on the salon & spa waiting list.
